Phillip Egesa - Uganda
Phillip committed his life to Christ on April 29, 1995, during a Sunday service in Eastern Uganda, igniting a lifelong passion for outreach and mission work. His journey began as a student fellowship leader in high school and later as a university missions team leader, traveling across Uganda to share the Gospel.
In 2005, alongside four others, Phillip co-founded Lifeskills Solutions International, focusing on reaching hard-to-access places with the message of Christ. His dedication to mission work extended to schools and prisons, transforming countless lives. In 2012, he launched his first church, which grew under his leadership from one church campus to eight.
Although a pastor, Phillip takes no salary from any of the eight churches. Instead, he ensures the funds are sown back into missions within Uganda, expanding their outreach and impact. In 2021, he transitioned into full-time ministry, enabling nationwide mission activities, while going from a nice salary to none at all. Through his efforts, the ministry’s soul harvest grew from 8,000 to 150,000 annually. Phillip’s unwavering commitment to outreach has brought hope and transformation to communities across Uganda, all for the glory of Jesus.
