In 2002 Nathan originally founded City Life Ministries, an inner-city ministry in Michigan. Over the next  20+ years, Nathan gained experience traveling to about 20 countries. The entire Norman family spent three years in Costa Rica. From there, in 2020 the Lord began to birth a new concept and the name of the ministry was changed to Go Send Global. The heart behind the name was to go to the mission field with the intent of building up and sending out missionaries from countries outside of the U.S.A. Having seen so many needs around the world, the Normans knew they couldn’t meet them all. Many pastor conferences and youth retreats later, Nathan is now positioned to empower others to carry the mantle of training up a new generation of missionaries to impact their communities and their world.

Now, serving as the Director of Go Send Global, Nathan is searching internationally for those who are eager to be mentored in their God-given calling inside their our country and beyond.
